Sunday, May 1, 2011. My sixteen week internship- and the Spring 2011 semester- are officially over. Though graduation is still, as soon as I complete this blog post and give a presentation in summation of my experiences as an intern, I will officially be counting down the idle minutes until graduation! Archivist opened its Barras Lane, Guernsey storage facility in 1990 and has steadily expanded six fold since that time, operating on two sites on Guernsey. We have added services such as document shredding and recycling, collection and delivery and a scanning bureau. Archivist clients include major clearing banks, private banks, as well as accountants, advocates, trust and management companies, medical practices and private individuals from the UK and Guernsey.
